No online charge
Submitting a cart, item request, or transfer request does not create a sale, reserve stock, or charge a card. The website adds no service, subscription, or recurring fee.
Prices and taxes
Catalog prices come from the pharmacy point-of-sale system. Cart totals and tax are estimates. Staff will confirm the exact package, current price, applicable tax, and any delivery term before purchase. If the information is not acceptable, you may decline the purchase.
OTC and general merchandise returns
Contact the pharmacy promptly and bring the item, packaging, and receipt. Eligibility depends on the item's condition, health and safety requirements, manufacturer restrictions, payment method, and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when practicable.
Prescription products
Dispensed prescription medications ordinarily cannot be returned for reuse or resale. Contact the pharmacist immediately about a pharmacy error, damaged product, recall, or other concern. The pharmacy will follow applicable law and professional requirements.
Delivery and benefit cards
Delivery availability, area, timing, and any charge are confirmed before fulfillment. OTC benefit-card coverage and approval are determined by the member's plan; the pharmacy cannot guarantee that a product is covered.
